Hello, I'm Jacqui

Welcome to a transformative journey towards confidence, habits, and holistic well-being, led by me, Jacqui Doyle. With over two decades of yoga experience and a commitment to ongoing education, I've cultivated a unique approach to empowering women. My journey has continuously grown since becoming a certified yoga teacher in 2017. I've expanded my expertise to specialise in areas such as menopause, anxiety, trauma, somatic back pain and mindfulness. Currently pursuing my 300-hour yoga training, I'm delving deeper into these subjects to serve my clients better.In 2021, I became an accredited ICF coach, with additional training in grief coaching, further enhancing my ability to support women on their journeys. My focus is on the holistic well-being of women, addressing health, mindset, and overall wellness.


Through a combination of yoga and coaching, I guide women in cultivating healthy habits and laying the foundations for increased self-care, confidence, and self-esteem. I've worked extensively with women struggling with confidence issues, recognizing the profound impact it has on every aspect of life.


Small, intentional steps pave the way for significant progress toward personal goals and aspirations. I firmly believe that self-awareness is key to this journey—an aspect often overlooked in today's busy world.
